Forma Arts commission artists' projects, facilitating their research and technical development, raise the funding and take on the distribution of the completed work, handling marketing and public engagement.

FiveToNine produced their business plan (2014-2018) and publicity for one of their projects, The Miner's Hymns.

This is a film with an original score about mining communities in Durham, made using over 100 years of archive footage. Forma Arts presented the film with the orchestral score performed live in Gateshead and Easington, with a London premier at The Barbican.
